

Backed by the Government, Freeview's primary goal was to encourage all UK households to convert to digital TV services before analogue transmissions are discontinued from 2008. Freeview recognised that to ensure business success, it needed to make its presence known and realised that the best way to achieve this was to interact with its shoppers in an engaging way. So, Freeview tasked Retec with developing a Guided Selling application to do just that.
