As a result of winning the 'Most Successful Small Business Award' at the Hertfordshire Business Awards, we engaged with the University of Hertfordshire Business School to produce a report that covers the issues surrounding shopper behaviour in the area of “Enhancing Customer Interactions” in-store.
Utilising a combination of primary and secondary academic research, this enabled us to provide a greater depth and clarity in understanding the demand for change from shoppers and competitors, as well as understanding the psychology behind pervasive interactions and selling technologies. Trends in the retail industry and changes to shopper expectations and lifestyles were also analysed and summed up in the report.
Overall we have been able to use the in-depth research and apply it for future learning in areas such as new product developments and identifying niche markets etc.
